"Now this person, the person under the gun plus one looks down at ace ten. Well, you know what, he's a tighter player and he knows that ace ten from early position is not so great a hand so he folds. Action folds around because these players are all kind of scared of a player in first position who is raising. The dealer looks down and even though he's the dealer he looks down and sees six two he's gonna fold. The person in early position is thinking hey looks like I might scoop the blinds. Well, considering how small the blinds are that's not such a great benefit early in a tournament. And now he runs the risk of running up against a hand like this, a real monster boss hand, ace king suited. And he runs the risk of the big blind picking up a real monster, a pair of aces. You can bet no matter what happens, no matter what anybody else does preflop, this person will go ahead and put all their chips in if they have to and bet their tournament on a pair of aces. So, bad play for first position. You should have folded. "
