"You know if you're one of the few people who ever seen my face on TV, it was playing tournament poker. As a matter of fact most of the poker on television is tournament style poker. There is only one show that is regularity on that is not tournament poker, it's a cash game. Let's deal now with how to play tournament poker. There are some very key things to remember; some differences between tournament poker and a cash game. We are going to look at those, we are going to look at how in a tournament you should play a little more aggressively. On that note there are today some very good books on how to play tournament style no limit Texas Hold'em. The three most prominent books for that are Arnold Schneider's Poker Tournament Formula, there is Herrington on Hold'em all three volumes. My personal favorite Kill Phil which was written by Lee Nelson, Blair Robin and if you ever want some advise some one to hang out with try Lee and Blair's Tournament Poker Form online. Just look up Kill Phil Form on Google and you will find it, on another note lastly a follow up book that Lee has written just came out called Kill Everyone, it will show you how to beat everyone in a tournament not just the players."
