Side Pass over Poles: Advanced Bareback Horse Riding Lesson

" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. In this video I'm going to show you how to side pass over a pole. So you get a pole and I just showed you how to side pass early in the intermediate video. So this is a little bit tricker because you want them to go straight along the pole and straight back. So I will show you how to do this. Keep his head straight, go ahead and squeeze. I'm going to get him to go left first so I'm going to squeeze with my right leg. Tell him over. Over. First you want to get center with the pole. All the way to the end just like that. Which he did good. Now we go back. You want to get him center with the pole though. Over. Over. His head is straight for the most part and that is how you get side pass over a pole."
