" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I just showed you how to go from a jog to a stop and now I'm going to show you how to go from a stop to a jog. So he is stopped we are going to keep the equitation line going on posture up shoulders back. He is going to take a horse does not go straight from a stop to a jog. They go straight from a stop to a canter. Stop to a loop but he does not go straight from a stop to a jog. So he is going to take a couple of steps to do this. But, what I do is get his head down. Get him in contact with me here. What I mean by contact is just contact with the mouth and contact with the reins and I'm just going to go ahead and cluck him. And ask him to jog. So he did take steps which is necessary for the horse that is how they do go into the gate from the stop. You just want to keep riding it. So that is how you go from a stop to a jog."
