" Hi my name is Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I'm just going to show you how to canter the horse. Going into the canter. So I'm going to go ahead and tighten up my reins cause we are getting ready to do a transition so I tighten up my rein a little bit so I let my horse Rowdy know but I'm going to ask him to do something. I want to keep my form throughout the whole cantering process. Make sure that he takes the correct lead as well. I already went over how to do the correct leads in my beginner video. So I'm going to go ahead and ask him to do it. I do squeeze with my outside leg to get him to take that correct lead and you want your head up looking for it. I know that I'm looking at the camera a lot. You want to release your hips just kind of move with the horse you want to make it as smooth as possible."
