" Hi, this is Scott Thompson from expertvillage.com, and today I am going to demonstrate a way to put those used CDs to use by building a small balloon hovercraft. Step number one is take the CD and lay down a bead of hot glue…roughly in this area to match the size of the cardboard square. So I will put down some hot glue and cover that hole, that CD hole, with the hot glue and cardboard, taking care not to get too much of it on your fingers. It sets up pretty fast, so you don’t wait a lot for the next step. The next step is I turn it over and make sure I'm kind of aware where the hole is underneath. I need to lay a bead of glue down a little bit bigger then that hole. That is where the piece of PVC pipe is going to be attach to. Try to get in the center of the CD, but it seems to work good if you are a little bit off. Now while that is setting up, feel free to add more glue. "
