"What's up guys? This is Shane Starr with Expert Village, today I'm going to teach you how to make a snowman. Guys when we build a snowman, it is important that we get the best snow. Best snow possible. There is 3 basic types of snow that is around. We have wet snow like current warmer conditions, warm as you are, just below freezing or just above freezing. That is the best quality snow you can have to build a snowman with. The times that you don't want to do is really really cold. You are going to get really powdery snow. It is not going to pack for anything it is going to be hard to even build a base for your snowman. You can also get icy conditions and you don't want that cause you can not hardy build a ball out of that. You can not get anything out of it. It has been really windy you are going to get ice, really really cold you are going to get a lot powder. So you like the warmer just above or below freezing get the best snow for you. I made myself a little snowball right here this is out of wet snow and that is going to work really well for my snowman. "
