"You'll need to learn how to Nollie onto the top of any surface that you're going to Nollie Manual. You'll want to make sure that you're well practiced and you're able to Nollie onto the surface very comfortably. One way to learn this trick, or to work on this trick, would be to start out small and start out just Nollieing on the flat ground and landing in Manuals. Just to get an idea of how the trick is going to feel. Then eventually bringing it to a bench. Which I'm going to skate here, a bench height that's a little more of a challenge. You set up with your foot on the nose. Nollie up onto the top of the surface. Land in the Manual position. Hold that and adjust accordingly with your upper body weight and your feet. Ride it to the length that it is and then Ollie out."
