"Some of the common mistakes you'll experience while learning how to front side nose grind is one, you may ollie a little too high and you may end up doing a nose wheelie on top. This is okay, all you have to do is adjust how far you are from the ledge. While you're riding parallel up to the ledge, you might find the different distances that you'll want to be to get into the proper nose grind. Some people do this. They ollie a little too far forward, and then it turns into a nose wheelie on top. This is okay, you're doing the right thing, and your weight is the right direction, only you need to bring it over just an inch or so, so on your approach ollie that much further away so that you land comfortably in the nose grind. The other thing that people may do accidentally while learning front side nose grinds is they may put their foot too far forward on the board. This is a pretty common mistakes. What that'll do is cause you do land with your front foot too far in front of the board, and it'll put your ankle or your foot in a pretty scary position. It's scary to land with your foot that far in the front, because you may end up tweaking your ankle or spraining your ankle. So what you'll want to do is, you want to land--what you'll want to do is you'll to nose grind with your foot on the nose, but as you're flying off, you'll want to put your foot back into the normal rolling position, just in front of the truck bolts, or just behind the truck bolts is the best place to land and roll away for a front side nose grind."
