"A helpful hint in learning how to front side nose grind, is testing it out by doing a front side 50/50, and doing a slight nollie out. This will help you learn how to dismount from the nose grind. A way to do it is just ollie into the 50/50 in the normal front side 50/50 way, but instead ollie with a little bit more weight on the front of your board. That way you can test the feeling out a little bit. Ollie into the 50/50 with your weight on the front of the board. It'll be very similar to the nose grind. And just before you get out, you can practice by throwing a little bit of a nollie out on the way out. This will get you more ready for the more difficult actual maneuver of ollying into the nose grind and back out again. So the more time you spend 50/50ing and nollying out of this position, the better, because you'll be more equipped when you're ready to front side nose grind a ledge."
