"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in Astoria Queens at the world's famous Doyle's Corner and, on behalf of Expert Village, today we're going to show you how to throw some darts. Okay, so let's mark the game of three-O-one. And the strategy is basically to hit the highest points you can. So, in this type of game, like I said, you'll try to hit the double forty as being more of a professional. The double twenty, which would give you forty points, excuse me. They do that because that's the highest point level. After they double in, you'll see most guys will try to hit a triple twenty. Again, remember earlier I was talking about wearing the board down. So here's two games where your twenty might get worn out and you might want to switch that middle piece as the board gets worn. But, getting back to the scoring. You want to score the most points in three darts after the double to bring that number down. So, let's just say that someone scored a hundred and one, which would actually be called a ton one. And in league play, if you get enough tons, they sometimes give you a trophy or something. And it's just, you know, in a big tournament of gambling or something like that, a guy hits a ton, the whole bar explodes. After, again, remember that etiquette, after he shoots the darts."
