"Robbie for Expert Village, we'll talk about radios. In the hobby there is really two different types of radios overall. One of them is your stick type radio which is like this one here. This one is included with the kit. Stick gets its name from being a stick. You're typically going to fly with these, aircraft, helicopters, planes. You'll find some folks using them for boats as well. The most common is going to be your pistol type of transmitter. Now there's a lot of different names, you'll here them called remotes, radios, transmitters, radios all the same thing. Technically this is the transmitter, but enough on that. Much simpler, cars don't need all of the different things. You've got your wheel for right and left turn and then you've got your thumb or this control here forward backward and neutral. Oh, so pretty much the different types, so these are a lot more common lot easier to drive a car with this type of radio."
