"Hi! I'm Robert Beverly for Expert Village. Now we are talking about purchased adventures for Dungeons and Dragons. These are adventures that you can buy already created and play them with your characters or your dungeon master. Some examples of adventures that have been for sale over the years are a classic four from kormer based on the forgotten Romes setting. There's of course, another classic; The return to the temple of elemental evil in book format just like the four from kormer. These adventures will often include maps, histories of the areas, all kinds of information that you can use to have a full-fledged role playing session with your adventuring party. Sometimes they come in more of a folder format with more of the maps built in such as this one. They'll often show landscape and individual battles. Really the work is done for you. They're all planned out so that you can just have fun going through the game and playing an adventure. Once you've picked up some of those, try it out. It's a good way to get into the game without having the overhead of having to create your own adventures or your own campaign setting. It's highly recommended. It's a great way to get into Dungeons and Dragons, so stop listening to me and go do it. "
