"Hi this is Robert Stewart with Hill13.com. We're going to talk about the granddaddy of all paintball games and that is capture the flag. Capture the flag when you look at it from a logical standpoint it's obvious to see what that is the defacto original game and it stems from this sort of hide and seek principal of running around chasing your friends in the woods. So when you add paintball guns to that you get capture the flag. The basic rules of paintball that we discussed earlier are still in play and that is everyone starts, both teams start from on single common point for each team, they must stay in that location until the horn blows or the whistle blows signaling the beginning of the game. If you're hit you're eliminated. If you're eliminated you cannot speak to your team members or deliver any intelligence about the opposing team to them verbally, you have to simply raise your hands and walk off the field. If you're carrying the flag wherever you're at you have to drop it or hang it on something and you can't hang it on one of your teammates. The flag has to be dropped wherever you're hit and when you're running with the flag you can't hide the flag or otherwise try to obscure the flag. The objective of the game is the same as it would be if you were playing capture the flag without paintball guns and that is to get to the other teams bunker, get their flag, and bring it back to your bunker. The first team that does that wins. Even if they have your flag and they're in motion to their bunker, if you have their flag and you make it to your bunker first, you win the game."
