"Once you've got your new pool cue would you like to take care of it? Well, sure you would. And, I'll tell you the best way to do that is buy a case for it. A case is used for carrying it around when you?re going to your tournaments or your league play and you don't want the cue to be getting dinged up while it's riding in your car, so you put it in a case. You can but cases like this, very inexpensive and very well worth the money. Or you can step up a little bit from the soft case and get a hard case which is really going to protect it. Plus you can get them in larger sizes to carry more cues, like your jump cue, your break cue, things of that nature. And, then when you're playing in the room where you're playing, whether it be at home or it's out on late night. Just be careful to not do certain things. Like don't go smacking the side of the table with your stick, putting big dents in there that's going to have to be taken out by some professional cue repairman. And, just don't be, when you're at home, leaving it leaning up in a corner, where it's maybe going to get warped. Or, even if it's in the case, don't leave it in the trunk of your car during the middle of summer when it's really hot and it's going to be subject to temperature extremes. Just some common sense and just a little protection by investing in a nice pool cue case will do the job for you."
