"Let's look now at the what is called the initial deal for this stud game, the good the bad and the ugly. First thing that happens is every play at the table is going to put in their ante. This is a stud game so the force of betting is not done in blinds but in antes. After everyone has put in their ante, then we're going to deal. Everybody gets 2 cards down, this is just like stud regular stud poker so far. Everybody gets one card up and then the lowest hand at the table is forced to what it is called the bring in. In this case is the 3 that person must bet and then the other people at the table will decide whether if they are in or if they are out. If they are in, they can call the minimum bet or they can raise. Then that is the initial play for the good bad and ugly. We're going to look in a sec at how the game differs from regular stud."
