Well there is a poker variant of the same name how appropriate since poker is linked to the American wild west in the 19th century. The good the bad and ugly is a stud game. It's played in the stud style of the poker play but this variant is different. It's a lot of fun and it has more twist and turns than a spaghetti western like the movie, the good bad and ugly.
