"Okay, we're playing the poker variant Roller Coaster and let's start with a description of what Roller Coaster is. It's a five card game and there are no betting rounds like you would find in a stud game or in Holdem' or in a five card draw game. There are rounds where a card is dealt and then the best hand for that round wins. So that means there are five rounds. After the first card is dealt the highest card wins the hand and for round two it's the best low hand that wins the pot. Round three, best high hand wins the pot. For four, we go back down the hill, in to the valley, and the best low hand and then for round five we have a show down and at the top of the hill we find out who wins the pot at the end and wins the hand. So how about we move forward and I show you round one and stop blabbing so much and maybe we can all learn something. Round one is simply one card is dealt to each player, we look at our hands and secretly place a chip in our hand or don't to decide if we're in and we say one, two, three and if you're in there's a chip in your hand. Now if you not in your hand is empty. So we'll say that I stayed in and that this person stayed in. This person being you. I hope that's good high card. And what we're going to do is we're not going to let the other two people at the table know what we have. We're going to look, we going to say "Uh, I won" or "Uh, you won" and then the person that won is going to take the pot and the person that lost is going to match the pot. We move on to the next round in which we'll discuss in the next segment."
