"Hi, I’m Mike Camelin with SunState Aviation Flight School in Kissimmee, Florida for Expert Village. In this segment we’re going to be talking about some of the possible restrictions there are to becoming a pilot and really if you’re in generally good health and are the correct age, you can probably become a pilot. Every pilot must pass an FAA medical exam from a FAA medical examiner prior to the solo phase of their flight training. Also the correct the age for becoming a pilot are; age 16 to solo an aircraft, age 17 to become a Private Pilot and age 18 to become a Commercial Pilot."
