" Hello! My name is Melissa Shank, and on behalf of expertvillage.com, today we’ve been discussing some strategy techniques to learn how to juggle. Now, this next clip is called seize the opportunity, because that’s what we’re about to do. Seize the opportunity and put all 3 juggling balls together. You’ve learned about the cascade, you’ve learned to keep 2 balls in which hand you ever feel most comfortable with, the other ball in the other, and it’s time to put it all together. Remember, we’re going to toss the one ball up in the ark. When it hits it’s peak and it’s on it’s way back down, you’re going to toss the other ball up and so on. You’re just going to keep on with this exchange. Don’t get frustrated, it’s going to take you time and practice. It’s not easy. It’s with anything, the more you practice, the more you do it the better you’re going to get. If you watch, you’re going to put it all together. You’re going to toss this up, up. Put it all together and it looks a little bit like that. When you get good you can do either really high, give yourself a lot of time, or you can bring your juggling down a little lower like that. You can go faster or slower and put it all together. If you have problems with that, go back to the wall. Very important. It’s a lot easier to move side to side than it is to run all over the place trying to find your ball, which why it’s so important to use balls with no bounce. If you have problems go back to your wall, stand at a reasonable rate away from it, and just again do what I was doing there but against the wall. So, you’re moving side to side, not having as many problems with it. If you do that it’s going to help you out. You’re going to get less frustrated. When you get to that point of feeling comfortable against the wall, then you can take a step back and imagine that wall is there and take another step back. Once you get there, then you’re going to eventually learn and pick it up just like that. "
