"Hello! My name is Melissa Shank, and on behalf of expertvillage.com, today we are discussing some strategy techniques for learning how to juggle. Okay, it’s time now to break down the barriers. We’re going to have some fun with this, because that’s what juggling is all about, having fun. Make sure your knees are bent, you’re all nice and loose here. What we’re going to do is get 2 balls once again. We’re going to start playing a game like we did the last time, we were clapping with one ball. This time, we’re going to throw it up again and work on that ark over and over. Think to yourself something that you can say like, toss, toss, catch, catch, or up, up, thud, thud. You want to feel that hit your hands, so you’re going to go up, up, catch, catch. Try not to run after them like that. Up, up, catch, catch, up, up, catch, catch. Say something to yourself though. If you have a problem with tossing it up and you can’t catch it in relatively the same area, but you find yourself having some problems, then what I recommend is using a wall. We’ll show this real quick. If you want, try and use a wall. Keep it nice and easy, but you’re going to keep tossing it up, up, up, catch, catch. But then this time you’re not going to have to run after the ball. Up, up, catch, catch, up, up, catch, catch. Sometimes you’ll find them kind of bouncing off of the wall, but it helps you to move side to side and not all over the place. Again, make sure you keep loose. You kind of want to be on the balls of your feet. Up, up, catch, catch. When you feel comfortable with that, take a step back. Up, up, catch, catch, up, up, catch, catch. Eventually, when you put it all together, you can imagine a ball being in front of you. It’ll really help you; you’ll move side to side and not running all over the place. "
