" Hello! My name is Melissa Shanks, and on behalf of expertvillage.com, today we’re talking about some strategy techniques to learn how to juggle. Alright, now in the last clip we were talking about the two handed toss. We were toss, tossing, catch, catching. Sometimes you’ll get a little frustrated by this, so if already you’re frustrated and you want to get just the pattern down, put the balls down, and I highly recommend to start with scarves. That will really help to reduce any kind of stress, and it will get you to understand what you’re doing a little bit easier, if the balls were giving you some troubles. So get your scarves, again you only need two to start off with or even one. It can be a smaller scarf of a larger one. You can tie the scarf together if you want to make it smaller. First, start off with tossing it up and catching it. Of course, it’s going to give you a little extra time when you’re tossing it up. Then when you get to that stage, you can also get your other scarf and practice that toss, toss, catch, catch. Basically, what you want to achieve with this is catching it with the opposite hand, and not having to run after it all that much, but with the scarves it’s going to give you more time. Up, up, catch, catch, up, up, catch, catch. What’s really neat is when you start to learn how to juggle, it looks very neat, especially if you want this for stress relief. It’s just something a little fun and different as well. So start off with the scarves if you’re getting frustrated and then we’ll upgrade to ball very soon. "
