"Hello! My name is Melissa Shank, and on behalf of expertvillage.com, today I’m giving you some strategy techniques on learning how to juggle. Alright, so in our last segment we were talking about the one handed ark. Now, we’re going to upgrade to two balls, so still get rid of that other one for now, we’re not quite there yet. Take a ball in each. What we’re going to do instead of one ark, the one ball ark, we’re going to do a two ark. Once again, imagine that juggler’s box. Keep your feet shoulder width apart, knees kind of bent, keep it loose. Again this is about relaxation, this isn’t supposed to be stressful at all. It isn’t the beginning until you get to learn how to juggle. For the most part, it’s a lot of fun. Now, take each ball in one hand, and what you’re going to do is imagine that juggler’s ball once again. First ball, you’re going to throw it up and imagine it going in that ark, and when it’s hit it’s peak and on it’s way back to this hand, you’re going to toss the other ball up as well. So, you’re going to do a toss, toss, catch, catch, toss, toss, catch, catch. And you can imagine or say it to yourself when you’re doing it. Toss, toss, catch, catch, toss, toss, catch, catch, up, 2, 3, up, 2. See what I mean, toss, toss, catch, catch. It will go either fast of slow, depending how fast of slow you throw the ball. Practice saying that to yourself. Toss, toss, catch, catch. You’re going up and you’re just kind of exchanging them to either hand. Toss, toss, catch, catch, toss, toss, catch, catch. Next clip, we’ll put some of this together. "
