Juggling is a skill where objects such as balls, bowling pins or rings are thrown and caught in succession. This skill is often demonstrated at birthday parties, circuses and other entertainment events. Juggling has become an ever-popular hobby since the International Jugglers’ Association began a club for performing and non-performing jugglers. The benefits that hobbyists learning to juggle include improved hand-eye coordination, relief of stress, improvement of flexibility and the sheer enjoyment!

In this series of expert videos, learn how to juggle! Get expert tips on juggling one to four balls and fter mastering the skill of juggling balls, challenge yourself with juggling lacrosse balls or clubs. Take the challenge further with juggling torches. Learn about the safety issues involved with this hobby and keep yourself safe! Toss juggling can be fun, but try another juggling trick such as balancing a cane on your chin. " Hi! My name is Melissa Shank, and on behalf of expertvillage.com, today I’m going to give you some strategy techniques for juggling. Having worked at the World Renowned Family and Co, a toy store specializes in educational games. The first thing you have to think about when thinking about strategies for juggling is why you are juggling. Many people get very stressed out when there are juggling. Truth be told this first segment or clip, we’ve decided to call stress relief, because juggling is actually a great way to reduce stress. If you think about things like meditation, yoga, tai chi, and juggling; all of those things what they have in common, they’re all relaxation techniques. Juggling, at first it won’t be relaxing, but once you get the hang of it you can really get into a zone while you are juggling. You’ll find yourself being able to calm down. The great thing is that no matter what you’re juggling, whether it be juggling balls, beanbags, or koosh balls, or what have you. All of those things, very small, very easy to take with you and provides a great stress relief. "
