How to Play Cutthroat Pool

"Hi! I'm Michael Lamendola with expertvillage.com, and today we're going to shoot some pool. Alright, the next game I'm going to show you is called cutthroat. Now, cutthroat is a game for 3 players. So if you've got a third person, they're not the odd man out. There's actually a game made for that odd man. Usually I'm considered the odd man, but again that's another story for another day. Cutthroat goes like this. You've got the balls racked in any order you want. Tighten the rack, perfect. Now, my buddies here Louis and Jeff are my 2 opponents. Now, before the game we're going to decide who's who. You decide who's who by saying I'm going to be balls 1-5, 6-10, or 11-15. In this case, I'll be 1-5, Jeff will the 6-10, and Louis will be 11-15. Louis will bring up the rear. So, we've got our balls and now we start to play."
