"On behalf of ExpertVillage.com, my name is Michael Sohaski, and I'm here to tell you about the rules of No Limit Texas Holdem'. The rules are these, basically, they follow the rules of Hoyle. However in No Limit Texas Holdem', at any time a person may bet all of their chips. Also, even though there are five cards that are your hand, it is the top five cards. That includes the five cards that are on the board and the two cards that are also known as your hole cards. You take the top five cards out of the seven total cards. Additionally, it is interesting to note, that even though you may have the winning hand, somebody else may have a hand equivalent to yours. In that case, the pot is split. It is also known as a chopped pot."
