"Monopoly can be an exciting game that is occasionally confusing and almost always time consuming. These strategies should be enough to get you started on the long road to becoming a monopoly champion. One thing to remember though is that just like any other game where you roll the dice there is an element of luck. All the strategy in the world can’t prevent you from landing on Boardwalk but if you manage your resources well, you should be able to take the financial hit and keep going. If you are interested, there are monopoly tournaments both official and unofficial that you could take part in. Many of these take place on-line. There are extensive groups and websites devoted to the game. There is even international competition going on which you could follow by logging onto monopoly.wc.com. Entire books have been written on the game. If you want to learn even more strategies, try picking up a Thousand Ways to Win a Monopoly Game. This book was actually written in 1975. The techniques within are still relevant and that really says something about the staying power of the game. "

on 8/2/2008 You know a lot about Monopoly. Your videos would be much better if you didn't read what you are saying, and just go from memory. You come across very monotone and scripted, and boring. Good info, just a little too mechanical in it's delivery. Just a tip.
