"Hi, I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village, and today we'll be discussing artifacts from Magic the Gathering. And now we're going to discuss Spire Golem. Spire Golem is an artifact creature; Golem. It is a common, and it cost you 6 to play. Now, it cost you six to play, and you're getting a 2/4 with flying, which once again is still not even for manna production, or close to even. However, this card benefits you if you have this card in an artifact deck that also happens to be a blue deck, because this card has affinity for islands. Which means that for every island you control this spell costs 1 less to play. So for instance, if you have 3 islands, then this spell will cost you only 3, because the islands themselves will bring the count down by 3, and you can tap those 3 manna, and play this card on turn 3, and have a 2/4 flying Golem. Also, once again if this comes out later in the game, and you have 6 islands out, you can play the spell for free and have a free creature."
