"MIKE LOPEZ Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village, and today we're going to be discussing the black color from "Magic: The Gathering", and now I'm going to discuss Vampiric Link. Vampiric Link is another one of those powerful cards out of the Time Shift set or Time Shift expansion. It is a common card, it is enchantment, or once again it is enchantment and has a little subtype aura because aura is new and what this means is, is that you're going to enchant creature. Once again, to enchant a creature when you play this spell, you will target a creature and then you will attach this enchantment to that creature simply by either putting it under or putting it on top of it, and Vampiric Link which costs you 1 black, what it does is, whenever enchanted creature deals damage, that is damage of any type, does not say [INDISCERNIBLE] damage, you gain that much life, so if you have a creature that deals direct damage, then you will gain as much life as that creature deals damage. This is a very powerful enchantment because it only costs you 1 and as you deal damage or have damage dealt by a creature to either a creature or a player, it gives you that much life. Once again, while you take your opponents life down, you can gain life and stay around the game longer than him and outlast him. This is part of the domination game play of the black color."
