"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village. And today, we'll be discussing the blue cards from the blue block of Magic: The Gathering. And now, we're going to go over Telling Time. Telling Time is a spell. It's one and a blue. It's out of your basic set. It's an uncommon, out of 10th edition, as you can see from this icon. It is an instant, which means you can play it in between or during any phase of the game. It is blue. It will cost one and a blue, and your ability is you get to look at the top three cards of your library and you will put one of the cards into your hand, one of the cards on the top of your library and one of the cards on the bottom of your library. This is a very useful tool for cycling through your deck and getting rid of cards that you might not potentially be able to use in the next upcoming turns. Once again, you get to put one in your library at the bottom, which essentially gets rid of it for the game, and one at top that you want to play in the next turn, and you also get to put one in your hand, which makes this a very powerful spell for one and a blue."
