"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village. And today, we'll be discussing the blue cards from the blue block of Magic: The Gathering. Now, here we have Benthicore, the awesome elemental creature from Lorwyn. He's from the Lorwyn set; he's an uncommon. He is a creature elemental. He has a six and a one, once again, six and one creature spell. Once again, he has 5/5, which means you paid seven, which means you're going to get two abilities or one really cool ability. In this case, you get two really cool abilities. Here we have--when Benthicore comes into play, you will put two 1/1 blue merfolk wizard creature tokens into play. Now, this means you get to put two token creatures into play when it comes into play. Also when you tap two untapped merfolk, which, once again, you automatically get two with them, when you untap two merfolk then you can untap Benthicore and the game shroud until end of turn. Now, this is to say that you can attack with Benthicore and during your player's next turn, you can tap two merfolk that did not attack and you can untap him and use him as a blocker and he will gain shroud. Shroud is a very powerful ability because it means that Benthicore can not be the target of spells or abilities for that turn because he gains it until the end of turn. It's a very powerful blue card for your merfolk wizard deck."
