"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village. And today, we'll be discussing the blue cards from the blue block of Magic: The Gathering. And now, we're going to go over Magnetic Flux. Magnetic Flux is a very powerful card. You will see it a lot if you are running across blue artifacts or blue artifact decks or artifact domination or artifact control. Again, domination usually signifies black and blue, if not just black. But domination and control is black and blue, or straight artifact domination is straight artifact control is blue. What this does is it allows you to pay two and a blue. It is an instant which means you can play it during any phase of the game. And as you see here, artifact creatures you control, gain flying until end of turn. This once again is a very powerful card, because for three mana, you take all the artifacts that you have and you give them flying. Once again, flying can only be block by other creatures with flying and/or creatures with reach. Now, this makes it very interesting because almost all artifact creatures, mine is a handful, don't have flying. It's not something you see attributed to artifacts. However, this gives your big artifact creature that do not have flying the ability to fly at least for a turn and go over the little blocking creatures of your opponent. Once again, this is a turn to be played. It's a very, very powerful if you have the right artifact control deck."
