"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village. And today, we'll be discussing the blue cards from the blue block of Magic: The Gathering. And now, we're going to go over Hurkyl's Recall. Hurkyl's Recall is one and a blue. It's a blue; it an instant. It is a rare in the basic set. Once again, 10th edition, basic. What this does is it's a very, very powerful control card if your opponent is running heavy artifact. Once again, this is a card that you will see in the side board of the cards, not in the main deck, because you have to find out if your opponent is actually running heavy artifact. However, for control, this is a very powerful card. What this does is it returns all artifact--that's artifact creatures, artifact permanents, artifact enchantments, all artifacts target player owns to his or her hand. Once again, target player owns to his or her hand. Now, in several instances, this could be very, very powerful because, once again, you can only have seven cards in your hand, otherwise, you will have to discard. If your opponent is running heavy artifact, you would play this instant at the end of their turn before their end phase. Now, when they say the turn is over, or they're passing the turn, then you would play this card, you would bounce all the artifacts back to their hand. And once again, if they have more than seven cards, they have to discard down to seven. It's a very powerful early game strike to an artifact deck. A very, very powerful card."
