"Hi this is Mike Lopez with Expert Village, and today we are going to discuss and show you the white color from Magic the Gathering. And now we are going to discuss Holy Day. Holy Day is the most powerful Instant card your going to see in the white set because not only does it cost one to play and it's an Instant, but it's also a common, which means you can go to the store and pick these up for 20-25 cents a piece and you should run four of them in any deck you have a white in. The reason for this is because it prevents all combat damage that would be dealt this turn. That means you could play it before someone attacks, you could play it when their turn starts, you could play it when they declare attacking, you could play after they declare attacking, you could play it before damage resolution, you could play it at any time, and it prevents all damage from all sources. That's all combat sources. It doesn't matter what color they are; if they are attacking, they are a combat source. And even if they claim they are attacking and ping you with an ability, then it still counts as combat damage because it happened during the combat phase. This is a very powerful card for one, and you need four of them in your deck."
