"Hi this is Mike Lopez with Expert Village and today we're going to discuss and show you the white color from Magic: The Gathering. Now we're going to go over Reviving Dose. Reviving Dose is an instant once again, and it is two and a white. It's a common. If you're running a white deck, especially a white blue deck, or any white deck in which you want to gain life, this is an essential card. It's a common, you can pick up four easily. Once again, it's an instant, so you can play it during any phase of the game. What this card does is it allows you to gain three life. It adds three to your life, period. Also, it allows you to draw a card. Once again, if you play a card, you want a card in place of the card, otherwise you're going to be running on the draw, just playing cards as you pick them up. You want to keep your hand fresh. So, what you would do with this card is during your opponents end phase, after he says he is done, you will claim, literally aloud, to him that during your end phase you are going to play Reviving Dose. You pay the manna cost, you gain the three life, you draw a card. Then during your upkeep, you untap the manna, you untap everything, including the manna you used for this, and you get to pick up another card, which means you got two cards for this turn instead of just one and you got to gain three life."
