"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village. And today, we'll be discussing the blue cards from the blue block of Magic: The Gathering. This card we have here is called Twitch. It's a blue card. It's one of those utility cards out of the--and now, we're going to discuss Twitch. Twitch is known as a blue-utility card. Utility cards are cards that should be in a deck of a certain color. Take two? And now, we're going to discuss Twitch. Twitch is known as a blue-utility card. Once again, utility cards are cards that you're going to commonly see in every type of deck or for every type of color. This is two and a blue. It is an instant; it is a common. It's 20-25 cents at your local store. Now, this one has a really cool ability because you get two things that are happening with this instant. You may tap or untap target artifact, creature or land card, so before a person uses an artifact, a creature or a land, you can instantly interrupt their tapping phase to actually tap that before they have the chance to use it or before they have the chance to declare it in combat. Also in addition, you get a free little ability which is to draw a card, which means not only did you stop something from happening or your opponent from using something, you also get to draw a card. It's very important because blue is all about controlling the other person's deck."
