"Hi, I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village and today we'll be discussing artifacts from Magic the Gathering. Now we're going to go over Slagwurm Armor. Slagwurm Armor is one of the best defensive equipment in the game. Once again, it's artifact, it's an equipment which means it has to come into play and you have to attach it to a creature. It is a common but Slagwurm Armor costs you one to put into play and three to equip, as we see the equip cost is right here. However, it makes for a big, big defender. What this does is, that equipped creature gets plus zero/plus six. That's right plus zero/plus six which means your lowliest one/one creature is now a one/seven. Which makes him a big blocker. Once again, this if for defense and for defending large creatures. But once again, you're paying four mana total to put it in play and equip it and you're getting a plus zero/plus six benefit. This card means that this card is actually cheaper than if you were going to put an ability from straight mana onto a card."
