Remove Soul is your common utility card that you're going to find in pretty much every standard blue deck because blue and black are all about domination, so here we go domination and control. Once again, right here, you are controlling your opponent because Remove Soul, for one and a blue, your blue set, it's an instant and counters target creature spell. That means when your opponent taps a mana and is playing a spell that is a creature you can play this spell. If you have one and a blue open, and it will counter target creature spell which means that creature will not come into play but will actually not even touch the table and be in play so any in-play effects on the card will not come through and the creature will go directly into the graveyard. This is a very powerful card for one and a blue. It's 25 cents at your store. And if you're running blue, this is the utility card that you need."
