Time Stop Blue Card in Magic the Gathering

"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village. And today, we'll be discussing the blue cards from the blue block of Magic: The Gathering. Here, we're going to discuss Time Stop. Time Stop is a very, very, very, very powerful card. It is rare, out of your basic set. It's a very powerful card. It will cost you four and two blue, that's six. But you're going to get a really neat ability; it is an instant, which means you can play it at any phase in the game. It's from the blue block. And this essentially, it has the ability and does end the turn. What this means is that you play this in general, it ends a turn. Now, all the times you would play this will be during your opponent's turn or at the beginning of your opponent's turn to nullify his turn or to nullify his combat actions. Because this removes all spells and abilities on the stack, which is how damage is taken, from the game also, and this also includes hitting cards that the player has played, used, turned and discarded, also the player whose turn it is will discard down to their maximum-hand size, and all effects such as "until the end of turn" and hand damage will end and nothing will happen and that turn will be officially ended."
