"Hi, this is Mike Lopez with Expert Village and today we are going to discuss and show you the white color from Magic: the Gathering. The next card we're going to go over is Rule of Law. Rule of Law, it says right here, is a two and a white Enchantment from the white. It is an Uncommon as you can see right here. It's a very powerful Enchantment. The reason it's a very powerful Enchantment is because it stays in play until it's disenchanted or someone deals with it. Also, its ability is: each player can't play more than one spell each turn. Now, some may wonder, why would you play this? Well, you want to play this because there are a lot speed decks out there. There are a lot of Elf, and Goblin decks and Zombie decks that like to play multiple spells. Also, like to make things cheaper so they can play multiple spells. Giant decks, for instance, are now the popular thing. Things cost less so people want to throw out a lot of Giants at you. This prevents all of that. You can only play one per turn. This also, this stalls every single small deck out there with a whole bunch of creatures because they can only play one. Doesn't matter how much Mana they have. They can only play one until they get rid of this Enchantment. This allows you to buy time till you can get your big creatures out the gate. Very powerful card if you're playing big creatures with your white deck you should definitely put four of these in there."

on 8/2/2008 Uh… I hate to break this to you, but giant decks have never been popular. Learn before you try to teach.
