"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village, and today we're going to be discussing the black color from "Magic: The Gathering". And here we have and I'm going to discuss Spineless Thug. Spineless Thug is another utility card, out of the basic set, it is a common, as we can see here, which is in the 10th edition. This is the 10th edition version of Spineless Thug, which means that the picture has changed, and/or the artist has changed the picture, and/or the artist is different. This is zombie mercenary, which means it gets all the benefits from a being a zombie, if you have zombie boosting cards, and Spineless Thug costs you 1 and a black to play. Now, it costs you 1 and a black to play and is a 2/2. So, again you paid too many, you're getting a 2/2. Well, once again this is actually 1 power and toughness 3. However, you're going to get a negative effect because of the overweight on the power and toughness to the mana rate. So, Spineless Thug can't block. That means you're getting a 2/2 for 2, but this creature can never block."

on 8/17/2009 They were right, the spineless thug video did make me suicidal - I don't want to believe you exist - you're like a nightmare.

on 8/2/2008 A 2/2 for 2 is not that good, a 1/1 for 2 is terrible. This card is terrible. The art/artist isn't always changed when a card is reprinted.

What does this even mean. It's incomprehensible and has absolutely no meaning to any player that knows how to play in the Magic community.
