"Hi, this is Mike Lopez with Expert Village and today we are going to discuss and show you the white color from Magic: the Gathering. Now we're going to go over Crovax Ascendant Hero. He's four, two white; he is a Rare from Timeshift. He is a Legendary Creature. He is a Human Lord. It's very rare you see Lords in the game, but Human Lord means he is awesome. Here's why he's awesome: other white creatures, other white creatures, that's all other white creatures in play get 1/ 1. Also, all non-white creatures get -1/-1. Here's the kicker: he's a 4/4, you paid, you got two awesome abilities, however, pay two life and people may return Crovax Ascendant Hero to its owner's hand. That's anybody can play that. Any opponent can pay two life and have him gone. However, that effect only takes place after he comes into play. So, even if he hits play and someone pays the two life right then all creatures still got 1/ 1 and all non-white creatures still got -1/-1, which means, when he came into play all the creatures that were 1/1 and non-white instantly died. Even if the owner pays the two life, he puts him back in the hand all those creatures are already dead because they already suffered the penalty."
