"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village. And today, we'll be discussing the blue cards from the blue block of Magic: The Gathering. Here, we have Silvergill Douser. He's a one and a blue. He's a 1/1 creature. He's a ground creature. Once again, it comes down on the second turn. He's a common. It's 20, 25 cents but very powerful because what he does is he makes a creature inept. Now, how he does this is he has a little ability, since he is a merfolk wizard, he has a tap ability, so if you tap him, you can target a creature and target creature gets negative X, negative zero until the end of turn. This means that you can take down the power of an attacking creature just by tapping this card. X, in this instance, is the number of merfolk and/or fairies you control. So if you are running a merfolk or a merfolk/fairy deck, then you can battle any other deck and with this card you could make an attacking creature basically harmless."
