"Hi this is Mike Lopez with Expert Village. Today we're going to be discussing Magic: the Gathering the card game. Now we're going to discuss the static ability, Provoke. Provoke is an ability for the attacking phase. Provoke is when this creature, this Feral Throwback, attacks. You may have target creature defending player controls, untap and block it. So, even if this was tapped for mana during the last turn, if you want to get rid of this little mana builder. What you will have is you will claim attack phase with the Feral Throwback and then you will tell the player that he must untap that and block this creature, block the Feral Throwback with the Leaf Glider. This is a useful tactic for getting rid of all the small annoying creatures and even some bigger creatures that have special abilities that normally wouldn't have been blocking because of those special abilities. Because this is only a 2/1 and he wants to keep it around for the mana. You are trying to get rid of that. You would say that you are going to attack, since it has Provoke, you can make this card block this card. Which means this 3/3 creature is going to demolish this little Elf creature."
