"Hi, I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village, and today we'll be discussing artifacts from Magic the Gathering. Now I'm going to talk about Icy Manipulator. Icy Manipulator has been around since the beta, and is a very, very, very powerful, powerful tool, and powerful artifact. And it is always in the basic set, it is always an uncommon. This artifact, once again, stays in play until someone can destroy it. Which artifacts are hard to destroy unless your opponent is already geared for artifact destruction. Icy Manipulator costs you four to play, and its ability is far worth it, because you tap one mana and tap Icy Manipulator. You can tap target, artifact, creature or land. That's right, if someone is going to use a land, or needs a land to use then you can tap it before that player taps it or you can tap one of their artifacts that has a tap affect or if it's before the attacking phase, you can tap a creature. Or, if before a blocking phase is declared, you can tap a creature and get your creatures through. This is a very useful card for getting around other player's decks."
