"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village. And today, we'll be discussing the blue cards from the blue block of Magic: The Gathering. And now, we're going to talk about Paperfin Rascal. Paperfin Rascal is out of the Lorwyn set. He's a common. He's a creature; he's a merfolk rogue. He's two and a blue, and he's a 2/2. Well, once again, you see that you paid an extra, converted mana cost of three, which means he has to have an ability. Well, this ability is listed right here. It's whenever Paperfin Rascal comes into play, you clash with an opponent. Now, clashing with an opponent means that you and your opponent reveal the top card of your library. Whoever has the highest converted mana cost, which in this case is the colorless and, say the blue, so the converted mana cost here is three. But--that's how you clash, and whoever wins the clash determines what happens next. Now, if you win this clash, then you would put a plus one, plus one counter on Paperfin Rascal and you also have the option of putting that card either back on top of your library or at the bottom of your library."
