"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike with the Expert Village, and today we're going to be discussing the black color from "Magic: The Gathering". And here we have "Scathe Zombies". "Scathe Zombies" is another card; it's a utility card, which means it's not really a turn and this is going to help you win the game deck. It's more of those constant reliables that you can rely on until you get that card that you've been waiting on. "Scathe Zombies" is a common out of your basic set. As you will see, most utility cards are commons, usually out of the basic set. It's a creature "Zombie," which means it gets all the benefits from anything that boosts zombies, which is good. So again, Scathe Zombies is 2 and a black, which as you can see here is getting a 2/2, which is actually even mana production because you're paying 1 to play the spell and 2 for its power and toughness, which is pretty good considering you always want to have even mana production, and you would play this card in your zombie deck or in your black deck that has something that boosts zombies, or just playing this card as a filler card in a black domination or heavy-creature-based deck because the more creatures you have in a creature-based deck, the better; and this is a very useful one because of its even mana production to power and toughness ratio."
