"MIKE LOPEZ: Hi. I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village. And today, we'll be discussing the blue cards from the blue block of Magic: The Gathering. And now, we're going to go over Puppeteer. Puppeteer is a very interesting card. It's, again, we see it's out of the basic set, 10th edition. You can go find it at any store. It's uncommon. It's actually been around for a long time. It's two and a blue. It's, again, for the mana, it costs three. You're getting a 1/2 creature, human wizard. All wizards have really cool abilities. Once again, here we have a tap ability, as you can see. It's a blue and tapping. You may tap or untap target creature. Now, once again, this target creature can be your creature or an opponent's creature. The reason you would untap your creature is, at the end of combat, if you need to have them blocked, then you could untap him so he's available for blocking next turn. Or if it has an ability that caused him to tap and you want to use the ability again, you can untap him and then re-tap him for his ability. Once again, this is very cool that you see out of the blue set, because this set is all about deceptions. It's all about deceiving the other person and also about using multiple abilities many times over again in a turn."
