"Hi, I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village and today we'll be discussing artifacts from Magic the Gathering. Now I'm going to go over Tooth of Chiss-Goria. Tooth of Chiss-Goria is a very powerful artifact and as once again you will see, these artifacts become very powerful because some of them have special abilities and as we see here it is a common that you can pick up, twenty, twenty-five cents at your local gaming store when they are in stock. And Tooth of Chiss-Goria costs you three colorless to play, it is an artifact, it stays on the table until someone destroys it. And what happens here is you may play Touch of Crisis because it has affinity for artifacts which means that this spell costs one less for every artifact that you control, which means that if you have three artifacts in play, this spell is free or if you have two in play, then you only have to pay one, so you may play this card at any time. You may also play it as an instant, which means that you can play it during and between any phase of the game. What this does is, you play the card and then you can tap the card and the target creature gets plus one, plus zero until end of turn. Again, a very powerful card when attacking."
