"Hi, I'm Mike Lopez with Expert Village and today we will be discussing artifacts from Magic the Gathering. Now I am going to discuss Isochron Scepter. Isochron Scepter is an artifact, it came from the Mirrodin set. Once again the Mirrodin set was an expansion from a few years back and was heavy artifact based. Once again, remember artifacts are colors, they aid in colored decks or you can have a stand alone artifact deck but Isochron Scepter costs you two colorless to play and what happens is that Imprint, this card is an Imprint card, what this means is, when Isochron Scepter comes into play, you may remove any instant card with converted mana cost two or less in your hand from the game. Now this means is, you take an instant, you revel it from your hand and you remove it from the game and that card is imprinted on this card and what you do then is pay two and tap Isochron Scepter and you may copy the imprinted instant card and play the copy without paying it's mana cost which means that this basically turns into a tap, a pay two and tap instant of whatever instant that you removed from the game."
